If you decide we’re the right fit, we move into our first phase which is Discovery, the deep dive that lays the foundation for your project.
The Discovery Phase begins with a visit to your home, where we document dimensions, review mechanical systems, and identify design or construction considerations.
From this visit, we put pen to paper and create a new design for your space, which we present to you in our studio using:
After our presentation a 10% non-refundable deposit of the estimated budget secures our dedicated focus and a start date on our calendar.
In Phase Two, we work closely with you to fine‑tune the design and ensure every detail reflects your vision. Together, we review selections, adjust layouts or products as needed, and refine the Scope of Work to align with both aesthetics and investment goals.
We also ensure that all decisions are fully made, documented, and finalized during this phase so construction can move forward smoothly with no on‑the‑fly decisions, surprises, or unexpected costs.
At the end of this phase, we sign the final contract, after which our team secures the required permits and orders all materials and products needed for your project.
This phase brings clarity, confidence, and precision to your project, resulting in a fully developed design plan and a detailed schedule for the construction.
Phase Three is where your vision becomes reality. This is the construction phase — and the moment when you can sit back, relax, and watch the magic happen.
Our team manages every aspect of the build. We are on‑site throughout the process, coordinating trades, overseeing quality, and ensuring the design is executed exactly as planned. You’ll stay informed through daily logs in your client portal, complete with progress notes and photos so you can follow along with ease.
