The Project Home Owner (the “Owner”) consents to the publishing of any such photographs in any medium for marketing purposes. Owner consents to Contractor placing a Contractor sign in that part of the Owner’s yard which fronts the most frequent avenue of public travel or otherwise provides maximum public exposure for the sign. The Owner and Contractor agree that the Contractor will post the sign for the length of the Project. The Owner recognizes and agrees that he/she will not receive any compensation from Contractor for this marketing and that Contractor has provided consideration for this as part of providing services necessary to complete the Work.
Contractor agrees that in no event shall the Owner’s address be disclosed as part of any marketing process without the Owner’s written permission.
Clients can opt out of sharing their projects via the Site if desired.
