One of the biggest surprises homeowners experience during home renovation planning isn’t the construction itself. It’s the sheer number of decisions that need to be made long before.

That’s why I believe the most successful renovations start long before demolition begins.
Rather than making selections one at a time over weeks or months, I guide my clients through creating a complete plan before construction starts. The challenge with making selections separately is that it’s difficult to picture how they’ll all work together. A beautiful cabinet door or stunning countertop may look perfect in a showroom, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the right fit once it’s paired with everything else.
